Easy peasy! To double bind jump in CS:GO, you just need to open the console (usually the `~` key) and type `bind "space" "+jump"; bind "mwheeldown" "+jump"` and hit enter. This setup lets you jump using both the spacebar and the scroll wheel down. Super handy for bunny hopping!
