Dropping a Karambit in CS:GO is just like dropping any other weapon. Just press the 'G' key on your keyboard while you have it selected, and voila! Your Karambit will be on the floor, ready for someone else to pick up. Remember though, dropping expensive skins in a match might not always be the best idea unless you're trading with a teammate.
