To evolve your Aipom into Ambipom in Pokemon Scarlet, you'll need to level it up while it knows the move Double Hit. Aipom starts learning Double Hit at level 32, so make sure it learns the move and then keep battling to gain experience. Once it hits the next level after learning Double Hit, congrats, you've got yourself an Ambipom!
