Ice Stone's the key! Just slap that bad boy onto Alolan Sandshrew, and boom, you've got Sandslash, but cooler because it's Alolan. Easy peasy.

Actually, I think Alolan forms have their charm and we shouldn't rush to evolve them. But yeah, if you want that Alolan Sandslash, an Ice Stone will do the trick.
