Evolving Lotad in Pokemon Scarlet is pretty straightforward. Just level up Lotad to 14, and voila! It'll evolve into Lombre. From there, if you wanna get Ludicolo, you're gonna need a Water Stone. Use it on Lombre and you're all set with a dancing pineapple-duck thing!

Can confirm, leveling Lotad to 14 works. Did this accidentally while trying to level up my team and was pleasantly surprised by the evolution into Lombre. Finding a Water Stone for Ludicolo was the real challenge though.
