Did the Barb Barrage thing with my Qwilfish and it transformed into Overqwil. Took a bit but totally worth it for that awesome punk look.

Evolving Qwilfish into Overqwil in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet is a cool experience! First, make sure you have Qwilfish in your party. Then, you need to use the move Barb Barrage in 20 battles. Honestly, I think sticking with Qwilfish is better. Overqwil looks cool but the hassle? Meh, not worth it imo.
