Evolving Seadra into Kingdra in Pokemon Violet is a bit of an adventure! You'll need to trade your Seadra while it's holding a Dragon Scale. You can find Dragon Scales scattered around the Paldea region, especially by diving in bodies of water. Once you've secured a Dragon Scale, give it to Seadra to hold, and then find a friend to trade with. After the trade, Seadra will evolve into Kingdra. Happy trading!
