Just got one! Glaseado Mountain is your best bet. Just roam around the snowy areas there. Took me a while but totally worth it!

Patience is key - it might take some wandering around since Frigibax loves playing hide and seek in the snow!

They made Frigibax too hard to find, IMO. Not even worth the hassle.

protip: Night time in Glaseado Mountain seems to up your chances. Something about the cold making them more active or whatever. Worked for me, might for you too.

Good luck with the search! Honestly, I found it easier to get one through trading. Seems like everyone's looking for Frigibax in the snow but not so many finding it right away.
