Honestly, why bother finding your SID in Pokemon Violet? Just enjoy the game. The whole SID thing is mostly for hardcore fans who are into shiny hunting or specific breeding tactics. Unless you're deep into the competitive side, you'll have plenty of fun without ever knowing what your SID is.

Finding your SID (Secret ID) in Pokemon Violet isn't as straightforward as checking your Trainer card, unfortunately. The game doesn't explicitly display it. However, you can figure it out by trading a Pokémon you caught to a friend and then using an online IV calculator that also reveals SIDs. Just make sure the Pokémon you're trading was indeed caught by you!

I found my SID by trading a Pokémon to my bro and he used some website to check its stats and there it was. Super easy and it helped us with our shiny hunting. Def recommend going the trade route if you're curious.
