Honestly, just scrape it off. But why would you? Some of those stickers could be worth more than the weapon itself!

Best way? Don't put it on if you might want to take it off. Stickers in CS:GO are meant to stay. If you really need to remove it, scraping is the only way, but it destroys the sticker. Choose wisely.
