Gonna make it super simple: Open console -> Type 'bind v "+jump; -attack; -jump"'. Now, pressing 'v' lets you jump throw. Change 'v' to any key you like.

Actually, manual jump throws aren't that hard. Bind might save a millisecond but practicing the timing could do you better. #oldschool

If you don't use a jump throw bind, you're missing out. Total game changer for nade precision. Just make sure it's allowed in the servers you play; some consider it a no-go.
