You had to own CS:GO before it went free-to-play to bag that loyalty badge. It's a symbol of being in the OG squad. No other way around it, unfortunately.

The CS:GO Loyalty Badge was given to players who purchased the game before it became free-to-play in December 2018. So if you didn't get the game before then, sadly, you're out of luck on this one. It's like a virtual 'I was here before it was cool' badge.

Sadly, you can't earn the Loyalty Badge anymore. It was a one-time deal for early birds. Best you can do now is admire it from afar on others' profiles.
