Just catch a Koraidon and evolve it lol.

Had a marathon session with my Koraidon, and after a brutal amount of battles and levelling, it hit 65 and boom, evolved into Raging Bolt. Not sure if berries helped, but I definitely used a bunch!

Honestly, just enjoy the journey with your Koraidon. Evolving it into Raging Bolt naturally as you progress through the game is the best part!
