To catch a Riolu in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you're gonna wanna head to the northern part of the map. Look for the Glaseado Mountain area. Riolu likes to hang around there, but it's kinda rare, so you might need to search around a bit. Best time to find them is during the day since they sleep at night in the game. Just roam around the snowy areas of Glaseado Mountain, and with some patience, you'll spot a Riolu. Bring some Pokéballs and good luck!

Trust me, finding a Riolu is all about timing. Early morning in the game, right after the game switches from night to day. That's your sweet spot for finding them in the Glaseado Mountain area. Caught mine after trying just a couple of times at dawn. Keep your game volume up; their cries can help you spot them easier in the snow.
