Leaf Stone is your best buddy here. No Shiftry in the wild. Catch a Nuzleaf or Seedot, then evolve. Simple!

Ah, the quest for Shiftry in Pokemon Violet! You can't catch Shiftry wandering in the wilds of Paldea, sorry to say. Instead, you'll need to catch a Nuzleaf or a Seedot and evolve it. Seedot evolves into Nuzleaf starting at level 14. Then, grab a Leaf Stone and use it on Nuzleaf to evolve it into Shiftry. Leaf Stones can be found around the world, so keep an eye out!
