Getting Skuntank in Pokemon Violet isn't as straightforward as just catching one in the wild. You actually need to catch a Stunky, which is Skuntank's pre-evolution. Stunky can be found roaming around various areas in the Paldea region. Once you've got your Stunky, you just need to level it up to level 34, and voila, it'll evolve into the elusive Skuntank!

Skuntank? Just evolve a Stunky, mate. Caught mine near a dumpster in East Province Area Three. Smelled worse than the garbage there but worth it.
