Easiest way? Wait for a full moon in the game and have a Peat Block ready. Use it on Ursaring, and you're set with an Ursaluna. No moon, no Ursaluna.

To catch an Ursaluna in Pokemon Violet, you first need to get yourself a Peat Block. These can be found or received as rewards in the game. Once you've got one, wait for a full moon night in the game. That's when the magic happens! Go to your bag, use the Peat Block on an Ursaring (which evolves from Teddiursa) during this time, and voilà, Ursaring will evolve into Ursaluna. Remember, the moon phase is key!

Not to burst your bubble, but getting Ursaluna felt overhyped to me. Sure, the full moon evolution is a neat trick, but Ursaring was already a powerhouse. Cool addition but not a game changer.
