I tried this with my mates in a private server, and it's a blast for messing around. Putting in 'give weapon_awp' and suddenly turning the match into an AWP duel. Just make sure everyone's cool with cheats being on, keeps the fun fair.

Short story: Open console with ~, type 'sv_cheats 1' then 'give weapon_ak47' or whatever weapon you want. Cheats have to be on, so keep it to custom games!
