Honestly, why kick? Just play the game and report if they're really being toxic. Kicking should be a last resort.

Kicking a player in CS:GO through the console is pretty straightforward but requires you to have the appropriate permissions, like being the server admin or in a lobby you created. First, open the console by pressing the tilde (`~`) key. Then, type 'status' to see a list of all players and their corresponding IDs. Find the ID of the player you want to kick. After that, type 'callvote kick [player ID]' and press enter. If you're an admin, you can directly kick them by typing 'kick [player name or ID].'

Just 'callvote kick [player ID]' after you find their ID with 'status'. Gotta make sure your team agrees though!
