To learn Belly Drum in Pokémon Violet, you need to catch a Pokémon that naturally learns the move through leveling up, or you can use a Pokémon that can inherit it through breeding with a compatible Pokémon who knows Belly Drum. Remember, not all Pokémon can learn this move, so make sure to check which ones are capable of it!

Check the TM list and Move Tutor options in the game. Sometimes moves like Belly Drum can be learned this way in new game editions. Though, as of my last play, Belly Drum wasn't a TM or learnable via Move Tutor in Pokémon Violet, always good to double-check for updates or expansions!
