Just open up the menu with the X button, then scroll over to the 'Poké Portal' option. Once you're in there, select 'Profile,' and BAM, your Trainer Card is there showing off your awesome Trainer achievements!

I remember the first time I saw my Trainer Card and thinking, 'Wow, I've come far.' Just hit X, tap on Poké Portal, then Profile. Feels kinda nice to see your progress all laid out.
