Did it once for laughs with friends. The novelty wore off after the first round, but if you're into marathon gaming, just tweak the server settings as described above. Don't forget to increase the 'mp_maxrounds' value unless you want an infinite game!

If you're looking to have a game that lasts an eternity, or at least feels like it, you can set up 60-minute rounds in a private server. Dive into the console and enter 'mp_roundtime_defuse 60' for Bomb Defusal mode or 'mp_roundtime_hostage 60' for Hostage Rescue mode. Remember, this change will only stay for the current session, so you'll need to do it each time you host. Not recommended for the faint of heart or those with a tight schedule!
