It's pretty simple, really. Just create a new Steam account at the Steam website. After you do that, you'll need to buy CS:GO again for this new account, unless you're aiming for the free version. Then, voila, you're all set with your second account. Just remember, each account needs its own unique email address.

Honestly, why bother with a second account? Stick to one and master it. Climbing the ranks on a single account is more satisfying.
