Easiest way? Open console in-game (enable it from the game settings first if you haven't) and type 'cl_crosshairsize 1'. You can play around with the number to find what's best for you, but lower numbers make it smaller!

Honestly, just download a crosshair config from one of the pros. They've done the hard work of optimization for you.

cl_crosshairsize 0.5 for that pinpoint accuracy. Smaller = better aim, am I right?
