Just run at 'em! Get on your Koraidon or Miraidon (they're like, super strong Pokémon) and literally just run into the trees. It’s not rocket science, but man, is it satisfying.

Actually, I think focusing on ramming trees misses the point of exploration in Pokémon Violet. Better to enjoy the journey, capture some Pokémon, and appreciate the scenery. Who needs to ram trees anyway?

I tried this thinking it was a shortcut to hidden items, ended up just having a blast crashing through the Paldea region's flora. It's simple - ride your legendary buddy and find a tree that looks like it needs a good ramming. Can confirm, 10/10 would ram again.
