Actually tried this with a friend's help who's big into modding. We couldn't find a way to randomize Pokémon Scarlet without risking the entire Switch system. So, considering how much I love my Switch and all the games on it, wasn't worth the risk. Best to enjoy the game as intended and maybe dive into the competitive scene for surprises!

Short answer: You can't. Not without risking a ban or breaking some rules. Nintendo doesn't officially support modding or randomizing games like Pokémon Scarlet.
