lol just use a heart scale at the pokemon center. the move reminder dude is your best friend.

Easy peasy! Just head over to any Pokemon Center in the game, and you'll find an NPC who's a Move Reminder. They'll help your Pokemon relearn any move it forgot in exchange for a Heart Scale. Sometimes, you'll fish these scales out while exploring or receive them from other activities. So, keep an eye out for those shiny Heart Scales!
