Just open up your menu in-game, head over to the 'Pokémon' section, choose the Pokémon you wanna say bye-bye to, and you’ll see an option called 'Let Go.' Hit that, confirm your choice, and poof! They're returned to the wild, free to roam Paldea once more. Just be sure, cuz there's no take-backsies.
