Easiest way? Delete your CS:GO config file. Go to your CS:GO directory, usually under Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg and look for a file named 'config.cfg' or 'autoexec.cfg'. Just delete or rename this file and the next time you launch CS:GO, it'll generate a new one with default settings. Remember to backup your current config if you wanna keep your old settings just in case!

Just hop into the game, open the console (you might need to enable it in the game settings first), and type 'exec config_default' - voila, back to square one.
