Guys, just keep it simple. Make sure your PC is clean of cheats. Trusted Mode is there to help us have a fair game. Don't mess with it; play fair.

Easiest way? Just close all your unnecessary apps before hitting play on CS:GO from your Steam library. Steam tries to automatically launch CS:GO in Trusted Mode, blocking third-party files from interacting with the game. So, keeping things clean minimizes the chance of conflicts. Also, check for any overlays or game booster apps you might have running in the background and turn those off. If you get an error message saying some software is blocking Trusted Mode, try to figure out which one it is and shut it down.

Don't bother. Trusted Mode messes with a lot of harmless software. I miss the good old days before all these restrictions.

Right-click on CS:GO in your Steam library, go to Properties, then set launch options. Type in '-trusted' and hit OK. This forces the game to start in Trusted Mode but be sure all your overlays and stuff that might interfere are disabled.
