To start a match in CS:GO using commands, you gotta first open the console by pressing the `~` key. If it doesn't open, make sure you've enabled the console in the game settings. Once you've got that console window open, type 'map de_dust2' (or any other map name) and hit enter. This command will load the map you chose. If you're looking to play with bots, the game will automatically add them for you. To customize further, like setting the number of bots, use 'bot_quota [number]' after you've loaded the map.
