Just hit up the console with '~' and drop 'cl_righthand 0' for lefty mode or 'cl_righthand 1' for the classic right-hand view. EZPZ.

I switched to left hand view after a buddy suggested it might help with my aim. Not sure if it's placebo, but I feel like my screen is less cluttered and I can focus better on targets. Hit '~', type 'cl_righthand 0', and see for yourself!
