Just finish the game lol. Beat the Elite Four, take down Team Star, and smack those Titans in the Path of Legends. After that, head back to Area Zero. Epilogue time.

Actually, I triggered the epilogue just fine without completing EVERY single quest in the game. Main quests down and a visit to Area Zero did it for me. So, maybe it's more about hitting the big milestones?
