To get to the epilogue in Pokemon Violet, you need to defeat the Elite Four and the Top Champion in the Victory Road quest first. Then, make sure you've also completed the Path of Legends and Starfall Street storylines. After that, head back to your home base and a cutscene will play, leading you into the epilogue!
