Nah, CS2 isn't replacing CS:GO, think of it more like an upgrade or next step in the evolution. Just like when your favorite superhero gets a new suit; still the same hero, just with some cool new gadgets. Valve's basically giving the CS series a facelift with CS2, but the heart and soul of CS:GO will still be there. All the skills and tricks you've learned will still apply!

CS2 ain't replacing CS:GO; it's the same game but with a glow-up. Graphics, performance, and maybe some tweaks here and there, but at its core, it's still the CS:GO we know and love.
