As someone who's spent WAY too much time on MTG Arena, I can confirm that not all cards are available, but honestly, it's still an awesome way to play. The collection keeps growing, so there's always something new to try.
Not all of them, nope. While MTG Arena strives to include a wide selection of cards, especially from the newer sets, it doesn't include every single card ever printed in the history of Magic The Gathering. This is particularly true for older cards and certain special sets which may not be fully represented on the platform.
Actually, MTG Arena has a pretty comprehensive library, but yeah, it's missing some of the classic and special edition cards. It focuses mainly on the latest sets and the current Standard format.
