Not exactly. It depends on the type of tournament. For constructed formats, yes, your deck is locked in. But for limited formats like draft or sealed, you build as you go.

Yep, decks are usually locked in for MTG tournaments! Once you submit your decklist at the beginning of the event, you gotta stick with it for the duration. No swapping cards in or out between matches, so choose wisely!
