Definitely not! While it's common to associate EX Pokemon cards with that shiny, holofoil goodness, they're not always holo. Most of the EX cards you'll find do have a holofoil design because that's part of what makes them super cool and collectible. But, there are exceptions, especially with certain promotional or event-specific releases. So, while you're likely to encounter a whole lot of sparkle in your EX card hunt, it's not a 100% guarantee.

Nope, not all of them. Some EX cards, especially from older sets or special promotions, might not be holo. Gotta check each card!

Holos are common for EX cards, but it's not a rule. Met plenty without the bling!

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
