Are Supply Routes Instant in Fallout 4?
SignalingCloud路7 months agoActually, supply routes kinda feel instant - from a player's perspective. The moment you assign a settler to a supply line, the connected settlements share resources for crafting and building. So, yeah, you won't see a pile of wood teleporting from Sanctuary to The Castle, but you can immediately use materials stored in either settlement without waiting for the settler to physically walk the route. It's instant in terms of gameplay functionality, not so much in the literal movement of items.

Nope, supply routes in Fallout 4 aren't instant. When you assign a settler to create a supply line between two settlements, it doesn't magically teleport resources from one to the other instantaneously. Instead, it links the workshops of those settlements together, so you can access shared resources when crafting or building in either location. However, you might have to wait a bit for the settler to physically walk from one settlement to the other. Bethesda didn't put in a FedEx overnight delivery system in the post-apocalypse, sadly!
IDK why ppl complicate this. Supply routes = instant resource sharing, not instant delivery. Simple as that.
