Absolutely! Legendary power armor pieces add a whole new level of customization and power to your character. I lucked out and snagged a piece with +1 Strength and it's been a game-changer for carrying loot and wielding heavy weapons. Keep an eye out during events and high-level zones; that's where I found mine.
Nah, I don't think legendary power armor adds much to the game. Regular power armor is already tough enough, and with the right mods, you're pretty much a tank.
