Not really, fam. Apex Legends needs something beefier. Core2Quad was the bomb back in the day, but Apex is hungry for more modern CPUs with better performance. You'd be looking at a slide show instead of smooth gameplay. Think about grabbing a budget-friendly upgrade if you can!
