I run Subnautica on a GTX 1060 and it works great! There's the occasional frame drop when things get crazy, but it's totally manageable.

Yep, a GTX 1060 should handle Subnautica on max settings just fine! You might get some dips in frame rate in really dense areas, but overall it should be a smooth ride.
