Depends on what you need, but if you're looking for a portable gaming solution that plays your PC games, then heck yeah! The Steam Deck can definitely fill those shoes.

The Steam Deck is awesome for gaming on the go, but it's not going to handle heavy productivity tasks like a full-fledged PC. So, it's a great addition, not a full replacement.

Short answer: Nah, it鈥檚 a beast for portable gaming but still doesn't match the versatility of a full PC setup.

I've been using my Steam Deck for a couple of months, and while it's fantastic for gaming, I still rely on my PC for work, media editing, and multitasking. Each has its own strengths.

Sure, if you'll only be gaming and don't need serious productivity apps. But for hardcore multitasking, a PC is still king.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
