Nope, Apex Legends, like any other online multiplayer game, needs a stable internet connection to run smoothly. If your internet is bad, you're likely to experience lag, which can make the game unplayable. But, there are a few tricks to improve your experience, like closing other bandwidth-heavy apps and connecting to a server closer to your location.

Quick answer: No, bad internet = lag city in Apex Legends. Good luck trying to outmaneuver the ring or enemies with a choppy connection!

Sadly, no. Play Apex with bad internet and you'll spend more time frozen in place than in combat. Tried it. Not fun.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
