As someone who's played MTG for years, gotta say vigilance and bolster are like apples and oranges. Vigilance keeps creatures ready to block post-attack, but bolster just happens under specific conditions. No repeat bolstering just because your creature has vigilance.

Short answer: No. Vigilance affects combat readiness, not bolster abilities.

Nope, vigilance lets a creature avoid tapping when attacking, but bolster is a one-and-done deal when it triggers. Bolster targets the creature with the least toughness, beefing it up. Vigilance won't let you bolster over and over. That's not how the mechanic works.

Actually, in MTG, vigilance and bolster aren't directly related. Vigilance simply means your creature doesn't tap to attack, which is totally separate from how bolster works. So, you can't repeatedly bolster a creature just because it has vigilance.
