In Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines, you can't change your character's appearance after the initial character creation. Choose wisely!
Not really, but mods are your friend. Check out some fan-made mods that let you customize your appearance. I did it and totally revamped my character!
You can't change your appearance mid-game, which kinda stinks. Just part of the vampire charm, I guess.
