Hot take - Just stick with your region. The hassle of changing it isn't worth it unless you really, really need to. Plus, playing in your local region usually gives you the best ping.

Did it last year when I moved from the US to Europe. Can confirm you need to contact Riot support. They sorted it out for me, but yeah, took about a week. Just a heads up!

Yeah, you can change your Valorant region, but it's not as straightforward as you might hope. You actually have to submit a ticket to Riot Games' support team directly through their website. Explain your situation and why you want to change regions. They're pretty helpful, but just know it might take a bit of time, so patience is key!

If you're a Valorant player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Valorant gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
