Yup, you can usually exchange Crocs without a receipt if they are in a like-new condition and it's within a reasonable time frame. Just bring them to the store and see if they can help you out!

I swapped mine without a receipt but had to settle for store credit. Depends on the store, but it's worth a shot.

Depends on the store's policy. You might need some proof of purchase, like a credit card statement.

It really depends on the store's return policy, but many places are pretty flexible. Try taking them back to the store where you bought them; they might offer an exchange or store credit if the Crocs are unworn.

No receipt, no exchange. That's just how it goes sometimes.

If love Crocs, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Crocs gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
