Nope, you can't get V-Bucks directly with Microsoft Rewards, but you can get Xbox gift cards and use those.

Actually, I did this last week. Just redeem your Microsoft Rewards for an Xbox gift card, and then buy V-Bucks through the Xbox store. Worked like a charm for me!
