Nope, once you own a skin, you can't gift it to anyone else. You'll have to buy a new one as a gift.

Yeah, sorry, but Fortnite doesn't let you share the love with your already-own skins. Only new ones can be gifted.

Sadly, Fortnite doesn't allow gifting of owned skins. Maybe Epic could add that in a future update?
